SPECIAL EDUCATION ADVOCACY
At Voz de Victoria, we are dedicated to ensuring that children ages 3–22 receive a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE). We understand the complexities of the special education system and work closely with families to guarantee that their child’s educational needs are fully addressed. Our team support each student’s unique learning journey.

ADULT SERVICES
We stand alongside adults with disabilities and those who support them—families & caregivers, as they navigate complex service systems. Our goal is to ensure that every person not only understands their options but also feels confident making informed decisions, accesses the resources they need, and the ability to build a life rooted in dignity, independence, and meaningful connection.

PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOPS
We understand that as a parent, you are your child’s strongest advocate. Our parent workshops are specifically designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to navigate the special education and work collaboratively with school teams. We focus on empowering you with the tools you need to ensure that your child receives the appropriate educational services to make ambitious progress.

Professional Translation Services
At Voz de Victoria, we provide professional Business-to-Business translation services for educational and disability-related documents, helping organizations meet language access requirements. We specialize in accurate, culturally sensitive translations that preserve the meaning and intent of organizational communications, as well as educational and disability-related content.

Expert witness for Due Process & Family Court
We provide expert witness services to support families during Due Process Hearings involving special education disputes.
We also offer witness services for family court cases involving custody disagreements. With over 15 years of experience in education, we provide clear, professional insight into complex, disability-related challenges to help ensure that every child is protected in legal proceedings.

Some Genuine Words From Our Clients
Mrs. Leyva’s attention and commitment to our son went beyond our case with the school district. Mrs. Leyva labored over research that could potentially help our son’s health issues; she opened up her own life to offer encouragement and guidance for us, and always dispensed that priceless gold called hope.

I wanted to thank you for not only taking an interest and showing compassion to my granddaughter Bella, but all those students & families who come your way. How very lucky we all are to have you as a resource (IEP) woman.

Muchísimas gracias por habernos ayudado. Eres genial en lo que haces. Me siento tranquila de saber que mi hijo va a tener la educación basada específicamente en sus necesidades, sin ti no lo hubiésemos podido lograr.

I really love my new school. I have made tons of awesome friends. Never in my life have I had so much fun at a school. I am happy and enjoying it, and I haven’t been bullied, so it’s pretty much awesome. Thank you.
